Stuck between love and friendship

Dear Ladies of the Talk takeover

My best friend & I of 18 years decided to go into business together. We opened up a bakery in 2010. We have been very successful in this business venture and opened up two other locations in our hometown, this past summer. In order to make this happen, we have both made great sacrifices.  My partner has gotten married during this process and their relationship has not been on the best terms during the course of the last year. Her husband contributed this to her having to work all the time and not spending time with him. He would like to have a child and she clearly doesn't have the time right now to do that. He gave her an ultimatum last week and told her "you either walk away from the business or we need to think about ending this". She has not told me what she has decided yet, but I am sure I am going to lose on this one. There is no way I can run this business by myself, and her leaving would cause me great problems, because she handles all the financial business and I handle the creative side. I want her to be happy, but her walking away would be hard for me. What can I do?
